Worship & Music

Our 10 A.M. Sunday worship brings us together to celebrate the life and teachings of Jesus through scripture, prayer, music, and sermons that stimulate ever-new insights into our Christian faith. Both Rev. Dr. Chris Breedlove, our Senior Minister, and Rev. Melanie Weiner, our Associate Minister, conduct worship.

After our 10 A.M. service, members and visitors enjoy coffee, tea and lemonade during a social time in our courtyard.  This is a good time to meet new people and catch up with friends.

Music is an important part of our worship with excellent organ, instrumental and piano music, enthusiastic hymn singing, vocal and bell choirs, and frequent guest musicians such as: the Tuttles playing bluegrass, the handbell artistry of Gretchen Rauch, and  Mark Hanson, a Grammy-winning acoustic guitarist.

Children learn music as part of Children’s Program (“Sunday School” classes) and in our Elementary ChoirChildren’s Program sings in church on Palm Sunday and in our Christmas Pageant.  Elementary Choir sings in our worship services three times a year.
